FIVE IMPORTANT THINGS TO PROVIDE FOR YOUR LEARNER

Five important things to provide for your learner:


1. Survival, a learner should feel comfortable during the learning session such that a teacher has to understand the exactly learning modality.


2. Belonging, a teacher has to show positive response to his/her students regardless of their weakness, here a teacher should not be the one who discourage the learner by telling them words like..."For your trends of results you won't succed even when you will increase efforts"


3. Freedom, students or learners have to be given freedom to talk about their experience on the subject matter, as a teacher give your students a freedom of asking questions and answering questions according to their understanding.


4. Power, as a teacher your supposed to give your students a time to think for themselves and expose their ideas, make them autonomy so that they might not depend on you in each and every thing.


5. Fun, a teacher has to be very fun regarding the level of education... sometimes a teacher has to involve his or her learner in stories which will make them happy and return them into the classroom and contents which your trying to deliver for them.


👉👉 There fore by doing those five important things a teacher will see the output, as philosophers say "Education with no output is useless"
